Ye Feixia, a petitioner from Zhuzhen Town, Liuhe District, Nanjing City, Jiangsu Province, has been illegally detained and persecuted in a mental hospital multiple times. She underwent two mental health assessments, both of which showed that she was normal. However, in January of this year, she was sent to a mental hospital again by the town government, and there has been no news of her since.
