HONG KONG— The first giant pandas born in Hong Kong were finally named, and were presented as Jia Jia and De. The names of the puppies, affectionately known as "Hermana Mayor" and "Hermanito", were announced Tuesday at a ceremony in Ocean Park, the theme park that houses them together with their parents and two other giant pandas that arrived from mainland China last year.
