Jeremy Clarkson reveals 'aggressive' cancer diagnosis

- Clarkson shared the news with co-stars Kaleb Cooper and Charlie Ireland at Diddly Squat Farm in Oxfordshire, explaining the cancer was detected "really early" following a medical in May.
- After surgery to remove 10 per cent of his prostate, Clarkson told viewers some of the treatment had "gone awry," noting he is currently "nil by mouth" in hospital.
- Production on the sixth series of Clarkson's Farm is expected to pause as the host faces further surgery within weeks, admitting he will be "slightly out of action."
