JEFFERSON CITY, Mo. (KMIZ) The Jefferson City Council on Monday passed two proposed ordinances to crack down on illegal street takeovers and the use of minibikes on public roads. However, the council voted to amend the street takeover ordinance before it was unanimously approved.
