BGSU men’s basketball guard Javontae Campbell has been named the MAC Player of the Week.   In the 101-100 overtime win over UMass, Campbell exploded for 47 points, a career high, and added eight assists.   The 47 points tie him for fifth-most in a single game scoring and the most points by a Falcon on the road in program history.   In addition to those stats, the 47 points are a Mullins Center record for most points scored in a single game. Javontae Campbell Named MAC Player Of The Week

CLEVELAND, Ohio – The Mid-American Conference announced the men's basketball MAC Player of the Week Monday afternoon (Jan. 5), naming Bowling Green senior guard Javontae Campbell this week's recipient. The honor is the fifth weekly recognition of Campbell's BGSU career and third of the season after being named on Nov. 10 and Dec. 8. He earned the recognition twice last season, coming on Dec. 30 and March 3.
