Javier Ojeda, brother of Ronald Ojeda Moreno, former Venezuelan military and opponent of Nicolás Maduro's government, has asked Chilean authorities to allow the identification of his relative's remains, found on Friday in an informal neighborhood of Maipú municipality, after 10 days of having been kidnapped in his apartment in the Independence commune by four masked individuals dressed in fake uniforms of the Investigative Police (PDI).
