Jasmine Mitchell, Carter Kloberdanz receive Milligan Music Award

Two Sterling High School students are the recipients of this year’s Milligan Music Award. Jasmine Mitchell and Carter Kloberdanz were presented the award at the First Friday @ First Presbyterian concert, which featured performances by them and four other Orpheus Music Club Young Artists.
