On the afternoon of Sept. 30, the Angels of Silence came into the room of the University of Birmingham Hospital and chilly hands sealed the lips of Brother Jarquis O’Neal Owens.  His soul winged its flight from this world of sin, sorrow, and pain to a place of eternal rest.
