- Filed in January 2024, the lawsuit alleged McMahon lured Grant with career advancement promises before sexually abusing and trafficking her, while also challenging a 2022 nondisclosure agreement.
- Grant's attorneys argued the nondisclosure agreement was void because it was signed under duress and in furtherance of crimes, claiming she received only $1 million of a promised $3 million payment.
- Pursuant to the agreement, the parties will file a voluntary dismissal within five business days, moving the dispute into a confidential arbitration process where claims may still be pursued.
