From April 29th to May 2nd Valledupar is again dressed as a party to celebrate the 59th edition of the Festival of the Vallenata Legend. The most important musical and artistic event in the department of Cesar and one of the most relevant nationwide. On this occasion, the festival will be in homage to Rafael Orozco, Israel Romero and the Golden Binomial of America, legendary group of the genre that is classified as ‘La Universidad del Vallenato’.
