IU football lands commitment from 2026 DB Lawrence “Jay” Timmons

Indiana continues to add to its 2026 recruiting class with a Monday evening addition of Pennsylvania-based cornerback Lawrence “Jay” Timmons.  He made the call after a weekend visit in Bloomington. Timmons is the No. 44 overall corner in the 2026 class according to the On3 industry average.  The 5-foot-11 and 175-pound Timmons could end up playing safety in college.
