It's a clean sweep on Brainerd streets

BRAINERD — Street sweepers were out and about Tuesday, March 31, in northeast Brainerd ahead of an expected winter storm, cleaning up the material used in the winter to provide traction for driving. Brainerd Street and Sewer Forman Shawn Middagh said they removed about 600 yards of material while cleaning in 2025. They were able to recover about 85% of the material used in the winter.
