On Monday it was announced that Israel José Encinosa was authorized by the U.S. Justice as a lawyer for "El Chapo" Guzmán. Today, in U.S. stands it was reported that Israel Encinosa has authorization to assume the defense of "El Chapo" so it can maintain contact by calls or visits with the founder of the Sinaloa Cartel.
