State Police say Good Samaritans provided lifesaving first aid to a Georgia truck driver Tuesday morning following a crash on Interstate 70 in Clay County. 40-year-old Troy Pina of Smyrna, Georgia was injured when the driver of a car merging onto I-70 sideswiped his semi-tractor trailer causing it to veer off the north side of the highway.
