Irving Acquires Maine Sawmill To Boost Lumber Production - Wood Business

Irving Forest Products, based in Saint John, N.B., will acquire the Masardis Sawmill in Maine, expanding its North American lumber operations. The deal, set to close this month, adds to Irving’s solid wood operations, which now include 10 sawmills with an annual production capacity of 1.3 billion board feet.
