Iron Gate faces uncertain future

With a workforce at one time of around 400, this site — currently owned by Garten Development as a warehouse and truck terminal — saw industries that helped maintain Iron Gate’s economy from the late 1890s through 2007, when the final iteration of industry in the building closed.
