US, Iran Strike Oil Tankers in Biggest Attack Wave Since War's Start

- Secretary-General Antonio Guterres appealed to all sides to "exercise utmost restraint" as the Guards announced plans to release maps of a new, much larger off-limits maritime zone extending toward the Arabian Gulf.
