Justice again passes a judgment against VPNs, at the request of Canal+. Providers will have to prevent their users from being able to watch Formula 1 illegally.
The Paris Judicial Court has ordered several consumer VPN service providers to block illegal broadcasts of Formula 1 races. The proceedings were initiated by Canal+, which held the rights.
To protect the channel's rights over the F1 Grand Prix, the court ordered Proton, NordVPN and other intermediaries to make a serious housekeeping.
