A man in the municipality of Vatra Dornei announced in 112 that his home and the street on which he lives were flooded, after the land overflowed and the water began to gnaw out of the ground. As the dwelling was located at a lower rate than the road level, the water poured into the building and penetrated into the interior which led to the deterioration of the parquet and the damage to the walls due to water infiltration.
