- Financially, the deal consists of $450,000,000 in cash and $350,000,000 in Intuitive Machines Class A stock, with the combined company reporting $850,000,000 revenue and a $920,000,000 contract backlog.
- The acquisition expands Intuitive Machines' market focus to satellite manufacture for commercial, civil, and national security markets, and company leaders said it enables becoming a vertically integrated, next-generation space prime supporting Earth orbit to the Moon.
- Existing defence ties include Intuitive Machines' $9.5 million 2023 AFRL award and an $8.2 million follow-on contract, linked to the JETSON program, as of Oct. 22.
