Interpol and the United States Department of State stated that the evidence of crimes gathered by Supreme Federal Court minister Alexandre de Moraes against journalist Allan dos Santos is insufficient. For this reason, the extradition request was not granted and the name of Santos was not included in the list of international fugitives.
