On the sidelines of a meeting with entities in the area of tourism, trade and services in Lisbon, José Luís Carneiro said that he gave clear indications to the PS parliamentary group that socialists never present proposals that are not sustainable from a budgetary point of view.
I am sure he has repeatedly refused to talk about the increase in the cost of living, but he has already put himself in favour of the budgetary restraint advocated by Montenegro.
