There was a fire in the west end of Belleville Monday afternoon. Around 3:20 p.m., fire crews responded to the 100 block of Purdy Street, north of Moira Street West, where they discovered a home fully engulfed in flames. Three people were checked out by Paramedics after a home on Belleville's west side was heavily damaged in a house fire on Monday afternoon.
