BATON ROUGE, La. (Louisiana First) — An inmate who was housed in the West Baton Rouge Parish Jail died after suffering a medical emergency on Wednesday, Aug. 13. According to the West Baton Rouge Sheriff's Office, the inmate was identified as 30-year-old Jeremy Paul of Baton Rouge.
