INE Has Rejected 38% of Complaints

Between September 23 of last year and May 16, 2025, the National Electoral Institute (INE) received 167 complaints and complaints about alleged violations in the process of the election of the judiciary, of which 64 were already dismissed.

To date, a total of 2,351 applications have been approved in Baja California from citizens who met all the requirements to participate in Electoral Observation.
