INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) — Contractors for the Indianapolis Department of Public Works will be resurfacing East 86th Street and Center Run Drive starting Friday. INDIANAPOLIS -- Officials with the Indianapolis Department of Public Works announced on Thursday that crews will begin to resurface a portion of East 86th Street and Center Run Drive.
