Indianola police arrest pharmacist for fraudulent prescription practices
At approximately 7:45 a.m. Friday, May 30, the Indianola Police Department arrested Jeffrey Bates, 42, of Indianola, following a joint, one-month investigation into fraudulent prescription practices at the Hy-Vee pharmacy located at 910 N. Jefferson Way in Indianola.
