- After recent attacks including Pahalgam, Jammu and Kashmir, and the November 10 Red Fort, New Delhi incident, officials condemned these acts and flagged misuse of UAVs, drones, and AI for terrorism.
- Led by Bahade and Jacobsen, delegations focused on training, cybersecurity, exchange of best practices, information sharing and mutual legal assistance.
- The two sides renewed multilateral cooperation through the UN, the Quad and the Financial Action Task Force, citing the US's earlier TRF designation as an FTO and SDGT as a setback for Islamabad.
- The Quad Counterterrorism Working Group met on 4 and 5 December in New Delhi with India as rotational chair, and despite bilateral political issues between India and the US in recent months, strategic security cooperation has continued.
