In an interview with SIC, Álvaro Almeida, director-executive of SNS, ensures that the area of Health in Portugal "is better than it was in the past year and it was two years ago". For 2026, it is reported that it has a priority "to improve the functioning of SNS in its dimensions" and also "to ensure that all citizens have the answer they need".
