TORREÓN, COAH.— Torreón's Comprehensive Road Maintenance System (SIMV) separated an employee from his position after an official vehicle under his protection was used without authorization and participated in an accident.According to the official report, the mishap occurred on April 19 at Mexico Boulevard, in the Los Agaves fractionation.The unit involved is a 2013 Fiat Strada model truck, owned by the municipality.
