In the Kyiv region, State Geocadastre officials got burned by "cutting off" part of a school stadium for business. The head of the Bila Tserkva State Geocadastre and her subordinate are suspected of appropriating part of a school stadium in the village of Tomylivka. They changed the data in the State Land Cadastre, attaching communal land to a private plot for the construction of a hangar.
