In the Irkutsk region, on the river Angara, there was a collision between the FR25 and the Jaroslavec ship. 3 people died as a result of the incident. Criminal proceedings were opened under article 263, paragraph 3, of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (breach of the rules for the safety of traffic and the operation of water transport, resulting in the reckless death of two or more persons).
