Judge Rules Against Mike Norris’ Lawsuit Challenging Council Appointment

Circuit Judge Chris France on Thursday ruled against Palm Coast Mayor Mike Norris in his lawsuit against the city. Norris had alleged that the appointment of Councilman Charles Gambaro last year was illegal, and was seeking to have the seat vacated.
