In Russia, the Chairman of the Board of Directors and the principal owner of PAO "Territorial Generating Company No. 14" Konstantin Lulchev was arrested and the co-owner of Victor Butcher's business in a particularly large fraud case (art. 159, para. 4), reported to Interfax and Commersant. On 30 May, the court arrested Lulchev, and the arrest of the Butcher is expected on 31 May.
