For the first time since the beginning of the war, Russia struck Poltava's oblast with a guided aerial bomb. According to the Ukrainian Air Force and the Monitorwar Monitoring Group, this "role-propelled aerial bomb" exploded 150 kilometres from the front, an area previously considered to be protected from such weapons.
