The non-profit that runs Stoughton's public-access cable channels today sued the town, the town manager and two select-board members, charging they are trying to intimidate and harass the volunteers who run the station - and even wrest control of the station - in an increasingly vitriolic, long running spat that now focuses on a controversy a proposal to build a new elementary school.
