After news spread earlier that a multi-apartment building was planned to be built on a plot of land at Kareivių g. 14 in Vilnius, it was announced that the sports club "Impuls" currently standing on this site would be demolished. It is reported that the building owner has received a permit for the reconstruction of the building and it is announced until when the club's clients will be able to visit it.
Real estate development company Homa Group has received a building permit for a residential quarter project in Vilnius, at Kareivių g. 14. The plot is planned to house a three-building apartment building with a sports club in the future. Construction work will not begin until the summer of 2027, so the Impuls Kareivių Club will operate as usual until then.
