Gujarat ATS Cracks Alleged ‘Ghazwa-E-Hind’ Conspiracy Module, Two Held

- Officials registered an FIR under Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita sections 61 and 148, citing criminal conspiracy and waging war, as the ATS continues investigating other individuals involved in the network.
- The ATS monitors anti-national activity online through human intelligence and technical surveillance; at least one accused allegedly had links with terror group ISIS, officials said.
