Yikes!  It looks like we’re next. The Florida Panhandle is being gobbled up by PUD developers. Our beautiful, uncrowded white sand is being targeted because of NO state tax, like Georgia and Alabama have.  If you would like to see what allowing developers to have a PUD (Planned Unit Development) looks like, just glance to our west at Santa Rosa, Crestview, Niceville, Defuniak Springs, Panama City, Mexico Beach and St. Joe.  The traffic would be …
