Banned vapes continued to be sold at hundreds of locations in the Netherlands in recent years, despite enforcement. This is revealed by research from RTL Nieuws. Nearly 250 vape sellers received multiple fines from the Netherlands Food and Consumer Product Safety Authority (NVWA) over the past four years, but after paying them, the vapes simply went back over the counter.
