Romania is halfway through the process of joining the OECD, announced President Ilie Bolojan on Wednesday, at the Cotroceni Palace, during the conference "Romania and the OECD - The Main Country Project after NATO, the EU and Schengen". Prime Minister Marcel Ciolacu is also participating in the conference.
