- Fernandez brings a proven track record in gaming and technology, having recently served as CEO of one of IGT's global competitors and led initiatives boosting market share and profitability.
- Organized into Gaming, Digital and FinTech units, IGT will keep Gil Rotem leading Digital and Darren Simmons leading FinTech while Fernandez oversees Gaming after regulatory approvals and Nick Khin shifts to strategic advisor.
