The FGR officially confirmed the identity of the body of Nemesio Oseguera Cervantes, 'El Mencho', leader of the CJNG, shot down on February 22 in Tapalpa, Jalisco. Harfuch also identified 'El Tuli', the cartel's command, among the other deceased.
MEXICO CITY.- During the morning conference of President Claudia Sheinbaum, Omar García Harfuch reported that the Attorney General’s Office (FGR) already identified the remains of ‘El Mencho’. This after federal forces guarded the body in Mexico City to carry out the necropsy process.
The official details that the federal ministerial authority has the official confirmation of identities.
