Davao City – Specialists at the Southern Philippines Medical Center (SPMC) have reminded that the age range of 19-20 to 34 years old is considered safer for women who want to get pregnant.
Dr. Katrina Abarcar, Volunteer Consultant at the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at SPMC, said that high-risk pregnancy is considered to be below 18 years old and above 35 years old due to possible complications for the mother and child.
