Idaho congressional candidate pleads guilty to possession of child sex abuse material

- While the Idaho Constitution bars convicted felons from state office, federal eligibility remains unchanged; House rules suggest members convicted of crimes with multi-year sentences "should refrain" from voting and "should resign" committees.
