Ichabod softball picks up 2nd-straight sweep with wins over FHSU

HAYS, Kan. – The Washburn Ichabods won their fourth game in a row, sweeping Fort Hays State 12-0 and 6-0 as the Ichabods outhit the Tigers 27 to 6 and outscored the host squad 18 to 1 on Friday night. Washburn returns to action on April 10th, continuing MIAA play at Central Missouri. With the win, Washburn improved to 28-15 overall and 5-9 in MIAA play, while Fort Hays State dropped to 17-20 and 3-9 in conference action.
