- Body-Camera footage and testimony show Muñoz-Guatemala turning his vehicle and Muñoz-Guatemala called 911 after smashing a window and reaching inside, according to court records.
- The Department of Justice said it will not pursue criminal charges, and prosecutors have a week to respond to the discovery motion, with no response yet filed.
