ICAN's 17th annual Talent Show draws large, enthusiastic crowds

Waseca’s ICAN, an organization which provides support for children and adults with intellectual, developmental and physical disabilities and an array of mental health challenges and diagnoses, held its 17th annual talent show at Waseca Central Building Auditorium April 23.
