The International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) expressed "deep concern" about a fire in an electric substation in Ukraine caused by "military activities", which forced the partial shutdown of a nuclear power plant. In a statement released on Friday night, the UN nuclear agency announced that it had been notified by Ukraine of a fire on Friday, at the 750 kilovolts (kV) electricity substation in Dniprovska, "due to military activities".
