'I survived Westminster terror attack and want to honour victims' says Lancashire survivor

On March 22, 2017, Lancashire’s Travis Frain was on a trip to London to visit the House of Commons with his university when the Westminster Terror Attack took place. Nine years later he has played a major role in the introduction of a new national day "to honour and remember" victims and survivors of terrorism in the UK.
